Ukraine was invaded by a tyrant. The people have suffered for over a year, children have been slaughtered or lost limbs, civilians entombed in rubble, and the armed forces have lost tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands defending their homeland.

Now I’m not a violent man but I have to admit, in the face of all these poor people have suffered, reading your glib comment does make me feel like punching something.

Stop being violent towards inanimate objects and start trying to understand your indoctrination and programming. Ukraine was overthrown by the USA so they could start this war. Educate yourself.

“Orwellian” is a term that gets thrown around a lot these days so one hesitates to use it, but when a country invades another sovereign state and then turns round and claims they didn’t start the war it really does sound like something the ministry of truth would say. To be clear. America started the war in Iraq (incidentally I marched in the street in protest). Russia started the war in Ukraine.

But as I already informed, Ukraine was not a “sovereign state”, it was at that point a Nazi led puppet state of the USA. They hamd picked its government and when it was refused in parliament they ignored the result of the vote and put their guy in anyway. “Yats the guy, fuck the EU.”

That was the start of the war. The USA started it. This is historical fact that you’ll have to learn to accept.

To be clear. America started the war in Iraq

The unprovoked invasion of Iraq. Every notice how that was never what they called it? Why do you think that is?

We can debate questions of historical sovereignty all night … it will never end. But do you think the majority of Ukrainians would prefer to be part of Russia? If so you are either lying or you live on a different planet. Like the Poles, the Romanians, the Lithuanians, the Czechs, in fact anyone who has lived under the Soviet / Russian boot, Ukrainians for the most part detest and despise Russia (with good reason). The most ardent anti-Russians are the ones who used to be ruled by them.

No of course not. Do you think the majority of the breakaway republics and Crimea want to be part of fascist Ukraine?

the Lithuanians, the Czechs, in fact anyone who has lived under the Soviet / Russian boot

This is a big tell that you’ve been programmed. People lived well in the USSR. You should educate yourself on this.

Ukrainians for the most part detest and despise Russia (with good reason).

This is a very recent development from America’s propagandising and funding of a Nazi extremism that’s taken over the country. The people have fallen for the propaganda, as you have.

Do you think people should have the right to self determination?

I don’t get why some think that the US or Ukraine started the war. They did not. Russia started it. Why would any country attack another country 28 times its size?

Why do you think Russia started it? The Obama government supported the Nazi led coup that overthrew Ukraine’s democracy. Then the war started because the ethnic minority saw what was coming for them.

Also, the US seemed very horny to sell overpriced gas to Europe and dump their dept on Ukraine and EU to fix their inflation. As a side effect they get to use more tax money to modernize their military stocks by moving additional taxmoney to their military industry.
