So, in a drink you show amount of protein as volume per 100ml?
Here’s a Starbucks Espresso marked as 2g of protein per 100ml and 4.4g per serve.
Therefore, it is not %. One is g., another is ml.
1ml of water is 1g.
I surely hope that espresso is NOT water.
