The works include rebuilding 840m of Meola Rd, half of which is being raised by about 400m over an old rubbish tip.
Does nobody proof read this stuff?
I just assumed that section of the road needed to go over the top of the Sky Tower for some reason.
I bet the view will be incredible though.
