Imagine taking over multiple other nations in a 4 year period and not thinking that is overly aggressive for modern international relationships. Hell, they’ve even been having border disputes with the damn oceans: China landfilled the sea between Hong Kong and Borneo for military use and to gain territory in a contested region. They’ve recently been accused of overfishing with Cyanide in the Philippines, as well.
