If we are just putting our own ethical limit, for me it’s 2.

1. Main residence, a traditional home like house, townhome, condo, whatever, but with full service like garbage hydro ect as is standard for the area.

2. Land, sort of what you are saying a country home, but it has to be zoned as such, not just another home in someone else’s neighbourhood. So purpose built seasonal homes, or off-grid properties with an outhouse. Not somewhere most people would be comfortable living as their primary residence year round.

After that taxes should be extreme. And companies should not be able to purchase the main residence type homes. At all. Must be a person purchasing.

Simple example from yesterday: My stupid pixel 8 phone has a green line on the screen. I look up how to get warrantee and think “wow, at least Google knowing everything about me will be helpful in this case” and after a few misdirects to garbage online user forum to try and get me to solve this problem myself I get prompted with “which device is the problem?”

What type/brand of laser level? Most have magnetic brackets so if you have an outside corner in the room that has a metal drywall corner it will stick to that, or any peice of metal can be screwed to the wall and the level can be stuck to that. How has your email transition been? I have been moving away from Google slowly for a few years/intentionally avoiding onboarding with Google services. I don’t use Chrome, no google search, haven’t used messenger ever, that sort of thing.

But moving away from Gmail is hard. Would love your thoughts.
