Can’t even blame Blizzard, it’s the people who keep buying this shit that are actually the problem.
Por que no dos?
I have room in my heart to hate both groups.

I have room in my heart to hate both groups.
There’s also the fact that people will pay for it. Would you take a million dollars to let your favorite game put a skin of you in it holding a sign saying “I care more about the money I made from this skin than the quality of this game”?
I hate the practice, but I despise the fact that it always turns out to be so damn profitable.
They put Mailbox and Auction House on it which AFAIK the only mount that has both which is incredibly valuable.
Create the problem, sell the solution.
What did you expect to happen after Diablo
4immortal?
After Diablo Immortal I knew not to purchase Diablo 4 in the first month. After how profitable Diablo Immortal was of course this was going to be the way Blizzard continued to go.
This is why I’m more and more playing Indie games. The game has to be made by someone who wanted to make a fun game, as anyone with a profit incentive is just going to make Candy Crush and for some reason people will pay for it.
Apple and Google want to sell that data, they’re not going to help you obscure it.

Meanwhile in Canada it is illegal to sell locked phones, and if someone comes into possession of a locked phone (say from before it was made illegal) they can contact the carrier and the carrier must unlock it free of charge.
They literally call themselves pro-life and then express support for the death penalty.
If windows is on a separate drive it’s hard for it to actually ruin the Linux install. The fix was to use a USB boot drive to launch Linux and fix the boot manager.

They’ve taken the mask off and said the quiet part out loud: They’re just out to kill people they think of as less than human.
So vigilantism then.
So completely irrelevant to the topic that “Needing to have a gun on you just to be prepared for your day is fucked up.”
But consider the consequences if I misuse my gun. They’re quite a lot more serious than those caught stealing.
I agree with you completely.
Was my statement wrong in any way?
Do you know how analogies work? Of course the two things I compared are different.
That doesn’t answer my question as to if my statement was incorrect.
You’ve made an analogy about preparedness and let the assumption hang that that makes both things equal.
Just like saying “a fish swimming is like a bird flying” isn’t an argument that a bird would be able to fly underwater, saying “I’ve never been in an accident and still wear a seatbelt” is not an argument for “always have a deadly weapon on you when you leave the house” not being evidence of a completely fucked up situation.
The people with guns are different people and not me. Why should I trust them?
There’s also laws governing what constitutes theft. Your entire argument about needing a gun is dependent on people not following the law.
