That’s literally all this discussion is about. Anyone who’s actually taken a look at the data knows that phasing it out was the right move and that there’s no point in bringing it back. There’s a reason the share of nuclear keeps going down in the EU. Germany is also not the only country that doesn’t use nuclear anymore.

If the real estate market is doing good, that just means that housing is getting more expensive and investors get a lot of profit out of it. China did something (tbh I don’t know what exactly they did) to make housing prices go down again. That means that investors lost money and the real estate market wasn’t doing well. It was on purpose because the point was to make housing cheaper, which is a good thing, but if you only see housing as something to make profits from, then this means that that market isn’t doing good.

How do you opt-in to that?

The rules in the EU are also made for the rich. The difference is just that the EU has at least some left votes in there, so it’s not as bad.

Rufus has that option, I’ve used it myself to update to Win11 because I didn’t have a motherboard with TPM at the time.
Also wanna mention, the reason I updated was mostly because I thought Win10 was kinda ugly and I think Win11 was a huge update in that regard and also because of security reasons, since Win10 won’t receive any more updates in the near future. At the end of the day, I can count on one hand how often I boot Windows in a year (I almost exclusively use Linux), so I don’t really care about all the Win11 bullshit anyway.

We’re not gonna be able to combat climate change under capitalism anyway. The number one thing we need to do is to produce less but that goes directly against what capitalism needs to function. Not to mention that governments are bribed by companies to make laws in their favour.

Skill issue on their part

I use my phone without a case too, phones don’t break that easily. I even dropped it on stone tiles once when I missed my pocket and it only got a few scratches on the side from that.

I really enjoyed it the first one or two weeks but after I basically finished all the content it was just a grind for primogens and I stopped playing 😕

I honestly think both of those “arguments” are stupid anyway, given that you can charge it at home daily. I doubt anyone driving an ICE car empties anything close to their entire fuel tank in a single day.

Some captchas have also just gotten obvious AI training. “Click on the living being in this image”, “Select every image of the same object as in this example image”. And the images you have to select look obviously AI generated.

I would guess making their phones seem more secure because people get less malware. I still think it’s stupid tho.

Big difference is that that one setting was shown to you with a button press when you tried to install an app. With this, you need to remember or make a screenshot of where you need to go, open the settings app and then go there and toggle it on. It’s just a lot more annoying to do and Samsung probably hopes that that will deter people from doing it.
