Immigration controls don’t work so lets focus on defending all workers rights.
Criticising Israel is not anti-Semitism and it is racist to say so.

1.3m EV could store 1.3million x 50kwh = 65gwh
The UK uses 28gwh on an average day
It seems to add up quite well. These guys looked at it.

Tesla buys UK energy company (see below)
It’s worth noting other companies in the UK are offerings V2G tariffs so this isn’t innovation it’s keeping up with competitors. And teh UK has a lot of Wind so access to storage during peak demand or low wind days is becoming important already.

That article is pretty fair to nuclear but also pretty damning.
Other issues aside - Nuclear just costs too much.

Oh, I didn’t know we invented Prince 2, another thing to apologise for…
Well it’s being built by the French 😄
But Europe or America the story of the same. Cost overruns and other issues mean nuclear is running out of steam. We are at the end of the age of nuclear… Until fusion comes along, apparently only 20 years away
It certainly feels that way.
@BrokebackHampton @sv1sjp @flossdaily
Our local new #nuclear power station, Hinkley Point in the UK, is years behind schedule. The cost has more than doubled to £40bn ($46bn) and the strike price (guaranteed price we as electricity customers will have to pay for it is £106per mwh (index linked so will be nearer £150 by 2028 (for 35 years) when it is planned to be operational.
This when #wind is costing as low as £40 per MWh.
Nuclear energy is a scam
There seems to have been a bad culture of sexism in Spanish football with many women refusing to play.
I see no reason to disbelieve her. Why should she agree to be kissed by her boss.
Someone that high profile is paid a lot of money to provide good leadership.
He obviously felt that he had the power to behave that way. Which is exactly the problem.
I think she said she didn’t. So that’s clear.
It’s surprising he hasn’t apologised. But it shows how strong the culture of misogyny is in that organization that he feels he can brazen it out.
#Nuclear is an expensive, uninsurable, unviable tech kept afloat by usually authoritarian government subsidies that produced waste that will be around for thousands of years.
Nuclear fission is a dead end technology.
Wind, Solar and Battery tech will be in place in a fraction of the time and for less cost.
Black holes spinning?
I’m not an expert but pulsars do this I think. Stars spinning around each other sending ripples through space time.
