The company that lost my $3500 computer a month ago finally sent off a free replacement and it’ll be here next week! Normally, they replace it with a refurbished one but since they don’t have any, I’m getting a new one.

My job title is Storyboard artist/3D Generalist but I haven’t really done any storyboards or 3D stuff for about a month. I’m more of a compositor now working for a small production studio. However, since it’s client work and the big boss has been off on a press tour, I haven’t really had anything to do for the past 2 weeks. I’d wake up around 10-11, lay in bed until maybe 12 or so. I’d get out of bed, go buy a coffee from McDonald’s, and then either watch tv or play my Xbox. Rinse and repeat unless something interesting happens that day. Sometimes I’d get a task from work which usually takes me about 1 to 2 hours to finish then I’d do nothing again. I basically do nothing all day and get paid for it. Sounds pretty awesome but I’m bored out of my mind.

Galaxy Z Fold 5. Before this I had a Z Flip 4. This Fold 5 is probably the best phone I’ve ever owned. The screen is amazing to watch stuff on, I make music sometimes on it, I played through all of Paper Mario on it, I use it to draw when I’m bored or waiting for someone.

Watership Down was what traumatized me on seeing blood in cartoons. Cartoons and blood just…dont mix.

I’m on the cusp of the change between Gen Z and Millennial and I’m with you in this. When I graduated college and got my bachelor’s, I envisioned a life where I’d live in a big city, go do some interesting work, and in my off time I’d be able to finally afford to travel. Explore the world. Meet interesting people and do interesting things. But, I was quickly humbled.

I had to fight, I mean literally FIGHT for my current job for a year. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get one since I had no experience and no one wants a college graduate. Now that I have one, I sit about 6 to 7 hours a day in front of a computer. I’m having lower back problems and the lack of exercise is giving me gut problems. I can’t afford to live my own so I can forget about traveling. And, now, my contract is nearing its end so I might not even have a job soon.

This was the world we were handed and, now that I’ve experienced it, I’m looking forward to the day everything goes haywire and we start all over again.

Well, from what I’ve been reading, apparently there’s some sort of 80 year contract that was made in 1947 that is supposed to expire. Either with aliens or something like that.

There’s a lot of buzz going around the UFO community about something BIG coming. I’ve been hearing people talk about 2027 a lot.

The idea of being in a relationship scares me. I grew in a house where my parents had fights, sometimes violent but most times quiet and tense. My sister has had a few relationships where she had to physically take a gun away from her boyfriend. My closest aunty has an on/off relationship with her boyfriend. And, the rest of my family, with the exception of one or two of my aunts and uncles, are all either single or having relationship issues.

Who’s to say that I won’t be roped into that? I still have nightmares about the fights that still happen to this day. I cower everytime I hear someone raise their voice and I retreat back to my room whenever I feel that tension. I don’t want my future spouse to go through something like that so I’d rather just stay alone.

The night before my school week started when I was in high school my cousin had been over and we’d been playing Call of Duty. Now, he had just learned of another word for farting and he kept on saying it while we played. So, naturally, that’s what I thought that word meant.

Next day I went to school and during art class I told my teacher “Ugh, I just queefed. Can I use the washroom?” The whole class heard me and that’s when I found out that queef didn’t mean the passing of ass gas.

Yeah, I can imagine it’s hard to read them on that type of phone. Yeah it’s basically like holding a small comic book so it’s pretty cool. Double oage spreads are stilla problem though so don’t expect to see them filly. And I agree, it makes sense but…meh

I daily drive a Z Fold 5 and I can’t imagine having to use a non-foldable now. I use it mostly to watch shows and YouTube and it’s great. The screen size and oled display is amazing to watch stuff on. But, I also do a lot of other things as well. I bought the pen for it so I doodle on it whenever I’m waiting for something or I mess around in FL Studio and make little jingles. And, what I found to be amazing is that I can use Dolphin on it so I can play GameCube games on it without any lag. I’ve played through all of paper mario on my phone. I also use it to do a lot of reading and writing to so its great for that and also reading manga and comic books. The screen is insanely bright when you want it to be and the speakers are…well as good as you can expect from a phone but they’re still pretty good.

I would change. I’ve always loved character creation so I’d spend a good chunk of time designing just looks alone. Then, I’d focus on attributes and stats. What sort of person would I like to be? What do I want to be good at? What’s the best build for the life I’m about to lead? Artist? Philanthropist? Genius? Smooth talker? Or a jack of all trades? Would I have perks that I can implement? Perfect pitch? Ambidextrous? Perfect eyesight? Double jointed? Heterochromia? A dude with a big penis? A chick with a large set of boobs? That’s not to mention if I can include fictional things like super strength, the ability to fly, stretchiness, elf ears, cat ears, bunny ears, claws etc. So, to answer the question, yeah I’d change myself

Reddit is Fun no longer worked, that was my initial reason for leaving. Then I started to see that reddit was becoming more of a corporate thing that regulated what we could see and couldn’t see. I know it was like that before but now it just seems to be more…sanitized in a way if that makes sense.
