That is correct. We cannot.
I just want to say that there’s a lot of blame to go around for this, but it’s not the fault of porn.
Your analogies just sounds like general consequences of market competition.
and there is no good-guy when it comes to the story of facebook.
I guess my only takeaway is that if I want to protect my IP then anyone who has access to the software should be required to sign a terms & agreement that specifically written to prevent this kind of thing, regardless IANAL, but i’m pretty sure this is all legal according to copyright law. The engine and therefore the code is different, the assets are custom and slightly different. If this were a trademark or patent related case then there might be a something else to go on.

…and the same obstacle that faced graphene a decade ago is the same seemingly insurmountable obstacle facing it today.
This is the same conclusion Second Thought came to a while back in one of his youtube videos. While I don’t disagree with the conclusion, I also wouldn’t say it’s mutually exclusive to reasoning promoted by the mainstream media of "foreign influence. " What’s really wild is the idea that the ban is also being pushed by “foreign influence.”
One would arguably call that a strawman since I never brought up nor commented on the subject of genocide. That is, if I really was your intended audience.
So we come back full-circle and now you agree with me. Less oligarchs is better and the only way to ensure that there are less is by nationalizing and reappropriating their assets.
It’s not my fault you don’t understand how to formulate a coherent, and logical argument without resorting to name-calling.
So you consider Margaret Thatcher to still be an authority. Since you argued that less Oligarchs is worse, then what is the adequate number of Mega-rich oligarchs you want to live with?
That explains it. You don’t know what it’s like to live outside of a shithole. How could you? Every time an oligarch is taken down, it’s a win for society.
‘Civil Asset Forfeiture’ and it’s a good thing it’s finally being applied to some oligarchs.
*Nationalizing & Reallocating
and there it is. I can’t think of a clearer way of messaging the U.S.'s stance on helping palestineans.

In fairness it’s a solid criticism considering there’s two kinds of comparisons that aren’t made on equal footing. To argue U.S.'s kind of intervention is the same as the Russias, would be more appropriate to consider Russia’s pre 2014 involvement in Ukraine. If you want to compare full-scale military operations then ZILtoid makes a good point. We haven’t tried to annex another country in a long time.
I know That’s a fairly common experience elsewhere. I have a cousin who is a fourth of his name. I think he or his wife understood the twisted family dynamic that came with playing favorites like that because they didn’t carry on the tradition when they had their son.
