I might be splitting hairs here, but its always bothered me when death wishes are conflated with death threats. It happens so often that whenever death threats are reported I just think “I bet someone actually wished cancer on them”.

It’s much further along than others I think has things like randomiser built in if you want to play that way, as well as gyro support.
