Endless sky is a spaceship sim that I started playing recently. It’s well done, and there are a bunch of mods available for more story, ships, etc.
The remarkable 2 is apparently good for this if you know what you are doing.
I have one and I’m very happy with it, but I use it exclusively for todo lists and taking notes, so I have no need to tinker with it.

Another reason to check out eOS. F-Droid is a standard source for the default app store, along with the usual play store apps. I just got a Fairphone 5 last week, an installed eOS. I’m loving it so far.

21·7 months agoI agree, I never said it was. I was just explaining why (imo) many people have a knee-jerk reaction to any pro-vegan posts.
Non-vegans are just sick of vocal vegans turning every conversation into a pro-vegan preach-fest. Factory farming is deplorable, but it’s not just a black & white issue.
From what I understand, the foreshadowing doesn’t have much to do with the particles found in the milk, but the fact that the bird flu has jumped spiecies to a mammal. And a mammal that is widely spead across the globe in near-perfect conditions for speading, mutating, and then jumping to humans.
I agree with you. I just felt it necessary to inform those that read comments and not the article itself. Especially because (here’s my opinion) I feel that if you don’t pay for a product, then you ARE the product. Even if Kagi isn’t perfect, the payment model should be supported to foster this kind of internet.
I read the article, and nothing in there seems to be a valid criticism of Kagi as a search engine. It’s all about the founder not understood GDPR, or how Kagi wasted money on free t-shirts, or the writers personal opinion on AI.
This is largely an opinion piece. It has merit as such, but please don’t take this article as factual journalism.

I’d use Obsidian Sync too if I used Obsidian across devices. I just back my vaults up in the cloud.

I saw Emmanuelle when I was 10 or so, and man did that movie change me. Some scenes still pop into my head, clear as when I first saw them.
I’m talking about AI. However, the statement I made wasn’t very well informed. Others have shared with me how the printing press did indeed give rise to fears about piracy, and create entirely new discussions & problems related to intellectual property.
Thanks for sharing, those are indeed sources that I’ve never encountered before.
From what I understood, the fears surrounding the printing press (as well as other advancements throughout history related to information, text, & writing) were more about people being overloaded with information both false and/or true, or people becoming less studious/disciplined. (Link as an example)
