Next up, ULTRAVIRAL.
Next up, ULTRAVIRAL.
I keep forgetting how nasty they look… I’m glad I don’t have to see these on European roads. Not yet, at least.
It’s not really a lot of hoops to jump through, and this seems to be standard practice by DHL, UPS, FedEx and others, over here.
I actually appreciate getting the options on delivery day. E.g. I usually get to choose what collection point they leave the package at (so I can pick a spot I pass by going home from work or whatever), or if I want them to come back the next day, or have it dropped off at my office (not always an option, kinda seems to depend on how stressful a day the driver is having). I certainly prefer it to risk having the package stolen, then reporting, waiting for a new delivery…
Of course, if the package is large, heavy or otherwise unwieldy it might be a pain not having it delivered directly to the door, but if I’m expecting such a thing I try to be home to accept delivery.
TIL I learned of porter buddy, thanks.
Yeah, same up here in Norway. If I’m not home they will offer to leave the package at a collection point, or drop it off at my place of work. As far as I know, they’re not allowed to just leave it at my door step and hope for the best.
Then, hopefully, PayPal can look forward to spending at the very least 2% of their worldwide revenue to pay fines.
In general efficiency, modern cars are a lot closer to 40% than 20. E.g. a Prius engine is at 38,5%.
It was interesting to see F1 engines go past the 50% mark, a few years back.
My house may look like shit but that doesn’t mean I have to use trash to decorate my garden.
Here are a few examples, on how to.
Let’s hope they choke.
I guess he was ready to play.
PSA: I’m probably old enough to be your father, let me have my terrible jokes/puns.
Like others have mentioned, what you’re looking for is likely hidden behind the “advanced” button. If not ,you should at least find the bios version number, one you can compare to your old one. It might be they shipped it back to you with an earlier version of the bios, so you’ll have to update it. However, I would not expect a huge difference in the feature set between versions.
I’m Norwegian and I’ve never really been worried about Russia setting foot over here. Even less so now, after they insisted on showing the world just how incompetent their military is. Lethal and capable of massive destruction, yes, but also disorganized, flailing, incapable of progressing a mile without throwing massive resources at it.
I just don’t see how they would get far anywhere in the Nordics. They might be able to roll across the border into any of the countries, but not with any significant amount of weaponry, and the response from the west would be swift. At least I hope and assume so.
Let’s just make sure Trump isn’t elected and declares his love for dictators, again, yeah?
Oh jeebuz how I loathe pinterest in my search results… “Ah, cool, there’s the photo I’m looking for some more info on…” > “Hi, I’m pinterest, you can fuck right off because there’s nothing for you here”
Those sons of bitches… my childhood could’ve been very… different.
I’m not familiar with the story you’re referring to, but typically a hard landing doesn’t necessitate a search/rescue team. Unless it’s a very hard “landing” into the side of a mountain, for example.
They probably weren’t too concerned with the emissions from the leaf blowers themselves, but the dust and whatnot they whip up into the air.
You might be surprised at how many people don’t really know how to use Google/a search engine effectively.
Things like “what should I search for to find X” is a sentence I hear from both friends and colleagues quite often.
The cybertruck looks like something a 5 yo mocked up with crayons.
I need to dig up my first grade notebooks… I’m pretty sure I can claim to have designed the Cybertruck in 1983.
The people responsible for that one are rich, and they can do no wrong.
