Sure, but you should still have a conversation to set expectations with that individual beforehand.
If you hire someone who’s incompetent, allow them to believe they’re performing well, and then fire them when it’s easy for you—well, that would just make you an asshole.

I am very curious to see if this will be the first smartwatch that works with tattooed wrists. None of the health & security features have ever worked for me with any of the major brands.
I miss the days of tiny phones. I still use an iPhone 12 mini and it’s nearly impossible to find modern Android phones with less than a 6” screen. I don’t understand the obsession with enormous screens. Sure the flagship models could have big screens to pack in bigger batteries and more powerful components—but why is no one making a 4” phone?
