pode ser minha conta portuguesa, falo o mais português e espanhol (b2, não nativamente) e inglês (n)
polonês (a1.5), toki pona (?), francês (a1), russo (a1), e italiano (a1.5) são idiomas que falo em graus variados

i agree, may be why op is fine with people saying “cool” like that because they are not dismissive
