I have been on my laptop with 4Gb nvidia gpu. If you’re using the webgui there’s optimization parameters like xformers and I think opt.sdp.attention or something that uses about half the amount of memory. I had to update the graphics card to get it working first.
Same, this is how I got my degree. There’s something about physically writing that makes things stick.

This is to be expected with low earth orbit (LEO) satellites. The orbit will decay fairly quickly and with so many satellites needed for a LEO constellation this is going to be business as usual. I’m curious if this number is any more than what they expected, but it’s not big news.
It’s possible sure. In order to train these image AIs you essentially feed them a massive amount of pictures as “training data.” These biases happen because more often than not the training data used is mostly pictures of white people. This might be due to racial bias of the creators, or a more CRT explanation where they only had the rights to pictures of mostly white people. Either way, the fix is to train the AI on more diverse faces.
Just subscribe to subs you want a use that.
As an aside, both the Democratic and Republican parties are right of center liberalism (as in there should be a free market with some degree of regulation to protect the public i.e the FDA). Centrism between those is just being slightly less conservative than your average Republican.
True centrism is halfway between fascism and communism.
