I made a bot that posts when peertube and owncast Livestreams go live on to mastodon. So there’s more content on mastodon and make it a little easier to find fediverse streamers. I’m trying to brainstorm how to make lemmy visible on mastodon since I consider it the front page of the fediverse
We are the reddit clone why aren’t we the front page of the fediverse?
I’m saying mastodon is the front page of the fediverse. It’s my interpretation
Twitter had significantly more users than Reddit did too, at least last time I looked. I don’t know what the respective ratios are like, but it might just be that more people want a microblog-format social media network than a forum-format social media network.

Okay, it looks like Reddit got pretty close to Twitter, about half the size.
https://backlinko.com/reddit-users
Reddit has 97.2 million daily active users.
https://backlinko.com/twitter-users
More than 200 million daily users worldwide access X/Twitter daily
So maybe that’s not the driving factor.
Looks like boys are taking reddit and Twitter since their daily active user keeps going up consistently.
Maybe something that links to the daily top post? Or if you’re into AI, a summary of the most active discussion.
You could also choose a threshold instead of making it daily.
The bot I made does have an AI that generates descriptions and hashtags for mastodon posts with ollama. Those are pretty good ideas that don’t seem too hard too implement
I’m a bit confused as to what you’re asking for? Just like, programming project ideas that benifit the Fediverse? Or specifically something related to promoting Lemmy on Mastrodon?
My next one is to integrate ActivityPub into my homebrew blogging software, so I can publish blog posts as lemmy posts and feel accounts can leave comments.
That’s cool, fediverse needs projects like that. I haven’t heard of feel
typo or autocorrong from “fedi”
