Califf and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Dr. Mandy Cohen regarding questions pertaining to the safety assessments and the discovery[https://osf.io/preprints/osf/mjc97?utm_source=floridahealth.gov&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=PressRelease&utm_content=Florida's_Future_Budget&url_trace_7f2r5y6=Press_Release_Template_fry_2023_alt.docx] of billions of DNA fragments per dose of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.
Alas, malpractice is a matter for States to decide. Each state has a Board of Medical Examiners, e.g. Florida Board of Medicine(https://flboardofmedicine.gov/). I don’t suppose it would go far, but it would be interesting to test, by reporting Florida Surgeon General Joe Ladapo to the board. The board’s job is to protect citizens from malpractice, so it’s worth a try.
