To summarize they keep them segregated and fragmented, and have a bunch of laws and policies to restrict movement of travel, where they can live, citizenship, preventing it through marriage, where they can drive and things like that Meanwhile, they have laws characterizing Israel as a Jewish state, the Right of Return for Jewish people, expanding settlements for Jewish people in the West Bank, and it goes on. The evidence is very extensive.
