Edit: it seems as if all you need to do is mix with hot or boiling water and that will help integrate everything. Still not sure if lecithin/xantham gum is required if this works

Adding an emulsifier like xanthan gum or lecithin would be the easiest, but you can also heat it gently while stirring.
As for the lime juice joke: there is merit to that since the acidity from the lime juice also helps with homogenisation, akin to how you make a vinaigrette.
Actually, there is already everything necessary to simply add boiling water and it all blended nicely
